Confirmation of reservations requires a deposit, due within 7 days of booking, equal to a minimum of one night's room rate or 50% of the total tariff. Amount due is payable upon arrival.
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full, less a $15.00 handling fee. Without the 14 day notification of cancellation, deposit is forfeited unless room is rebooked. Deposit is forfeited on all no shows.
